A Buyer's Premium of 5.5% will apply to the sale price of each major item sold and 11% to each minor item and vehicle sold.
Inspection: Wednesday 25th March, morning of the sale, or by prior arrangement with the auctioneers
Safety Requirements:
Workplace Health and Safety Regulations apply on site & covered footwear to be worn at ALL TIMES. No children allowed on site.
Terms of Payment:
10% Deposit by Cash or Certified Bank Cheque on Fall of Hammer Essential, unless prior arrangements are made with the Auctioneers. Balance to be paid by 12 noon Friday 27th March 2015.
The Vendor reserves the right to withdraw any items prior to sale without notice.
Travel & Accommodation:
Mount Isa is serviced daily by various airlines, with direct flights from Brisbane. Early Bookings are recommended as flights fill rapidly. Mount Isa is well serviced by various motels and hotels, however prior bookings are recommended.
